The SHC-C100 Containerized Cremation Machine is designed for use in special circumstances, such as during epidemics or in disaster-affected areas. The entire system is fully assembled and tested within a shipping container, allowing for immediate operation upon arrival at the destination by simply connecting it to the power supply.
After the cremation process is completed, the chamber bed will be transported to the front ash bone collection platform. The cooling hood will cool the ash bones efficently before ash picking.
Digital Display System
The digital display system will show information related to the cremation process, including oxygen levels and duration of cremation, enabling staff to monitor the cremation process in real-time and intervene manually if necessary.
Remote Control Functional
Our cremation machine features a touchscreen interface that allows for automated control of the operational process. Additionally, it can be upgraded to be controlled via our mobile app. To further enhance user convenience, we also offer remote internet connectivity for system updates, checks, and maintenance for the equipment.
Movable Chamber Bed
Unlike conventional cremation machines that feature a fixed hearth bed, our system incorporates a movable hearth bed. This allows for seamless transportation of the body into the cremation chamber and enhances operational efficiency.
Automated Operations
Our cremation machine automates the process of moving the hearth bed outside the chamber after cremation. This feature not only facilitates the cooling of remains but also simplifies the handling of bodies, making the process more hygienic and less labor-intensive.
