Introducing the Most Efficient Cremation Machine in Funeral Industry
Ash Collection Human Cremation Machine
The Automatic Ash Collecting Cremation Machine is an advanced cremation device designed to streamline the cremation process and improve the efficiency of ash collection. This equipment eliminates the need for manual intervention to shovel ashes after cremation is completed. Instead, our cremation machine is equipped with a movable chamber bed that automatically transports the ashes to the ash collection station for subsequent handling. Prior to this, the ashes are cooled in a specialized cooling chamber to ensure their safety and integrity during the collection process.
Traditional cremation equipment usually requires human intervention during the ash collection process, leading to the potential residue of some ashes in the combustion chamber and mixing with ashes produced from subsequent cremations. Our Automatic Ash Collecting Furnace effectively addresses this issue by automatically discharging ashes, ensuring that the remains of each individual are fully preserved, thereby avoiding any mixing. After ash collection, staff can use our provided cleaning equipment, such as a specialized vacuum cleaner, to conduct thorough cleaning, maintaining a tidy and orderly environment. This highly automated cremation machine not only enhances work efficiency but also reflects respect for the deceased and their families.
The Automatic Ash Collecting Furnace comes in two types: single hearth bed and double hearth bed. Notably, the double hearth bed design is especially efficient. During the cremation process, the first hearth bed with the body is automatically loaded into the combustion chamber for cremation, while staff can place a second body on the second hearth bed to await cremation.
Once the first body is cremated, it is transferred to the cooling chamber. During this time, the second body can be promptly loaded into the combustion chamber to commence cremation. This design significantly reduces the time required for cremation and greatly improves operational efficiency. Therefore, the double hearth bed Automatic Ash Collecting Furnace is particularly suitable for funeral homes with a high volume of cremations, thereby enhancing their overall service capability.
Furnace Chamber
The combustion chamber is equipped with a primary combustion chamber and a secondary combustion chamber. Prior to use, the temperature of the secondary combustion chamber must be raised to above 850°C before initiating the integrated cremation process, which significantly reduces the emission of pollutants. The equipment is equipped with two automatic ignition burners that require minimal manual intervention for ignition, along with a flameout protection feature to effectively prevent the risk of explosive combustion due to fire outages. The combustion chamber is customizable in size to accommodate different specifications of caskets for cremation.

Undertground Flue Gas Line
The flue gases produced during the cremation process are fully combusted in the secondary combustion chamber and are subsequently discharged outdoors through an underground flue. We opted for an underground flue because the above-ground flues typically used in Europe and America have certain flaws; the high temperatures from exhausts can shorten the lifespan of the flue, increasing maintenance and replacement costs. In contrast, an underground flue effectively addresses these issues, using fireproof materials that provide excellent insulation and heat retention, thereby better protecting the cremation machine. Moreover, the extended service life of the underground flue will significantly reduce owners' expenses on maintenance and of piping. This design is especially suitable for new as well as reconstruction projects of existing funeral homes.
