Flat-Bed Furnace, Also Known as Fixed Bed Cremation Machine

The flat-bed furnace, or fixed bed cremation machine, primarily differs from the automatic ash collecting furnace in that its chamber herath bed is immovable. The automatic ash collecting furnace is equipped with a movable cart that automatically transports the bed from the combustion chamber to the cooling chamber after cremation is completed, allowing for the cooling of the ashes before they are sent to the ash collection platform for processing. In contrast, the fixed bed cremation machine requires staff to manually use tools to extract the ashes from the chamber into a storage box, followed by subsequent cooling and processing steps.

Structure and Functionality

The combustion chamber consists of a primary combustion chamber and a secondary combustion chamber. Before use, the temperature of the secondary combustion chamber must be raised to above 850°C to initiate the integrated cremation process, which significantly reduces pollutant emissions. The equipment is equipped with two automatic ignition burners that facilitate easy ignition without extensive manual intervention, along with a flame-out protection feature to effectively prevent the risk of explosive combustion due to flame outages. The size of the combustion chamber is customizable and can accommodate caskets of various specifications.
